Is my file uploaded?

No. Files are processed in your browser and are not sent to ShrinkBeam. Your browser downloads the application code from this website.

Is quality always preserved?

It depends on the tool. Compression, resizing and rasterization can change details. Inspect text, forms and signatures before sharing.
