Which requirements matter?
Check the recipient’s actual format, size, ordering and document requirements. There is no universal portal limit. ShrinkBeam does not determine which documents are legally or administratively required.
How should I prepare the files?
Work with a new copy. Order pages, remove only unnecessary content and combine related PDFs. Images should remain readable and correctly rotated. Combining images and PDFs produces a new document and invalidates existing digital signatures.
How do I meet a file-size limit?
Start with smart PDF compression. Lower image resolution may help documents composed mainly of scans. Leave margin below the portal limit and check actual bytes. Some targets cannot be reached without losing detail. Split documents only if the recipient allows it.
What should I check before sending?
Open the saved output in a viewer. Inspect names, dates, small text, tables, barcodes, stamps and signatures. Local processing does not automatically protect subsequent delivery. Use the intended portal or an agreed channel and keep the unchanged original separately.
